Pentesec GDPR Statement
On 25th May 2018 existing Data Protection Law is replaced with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In accordance with existing data protection laws, including GDPR, Pentesec will only process personal information where we have a lawful basis for doing so.
For processing data, direct marketing (including telephone calls and emails) to companies and corporate bodies, Pentesec are concerned with ‘Legitimate Interest’ as its basis to process personal data.
Pentesec collects, receives and processes personal data of individuals working in corporate or public businesses to contact regarding support, solutions, products and services in which their business should be made aware of. This information is processed by Pentesec in accordance with its (and its customers) legitimate interests.
Where employees of a public or corporate entity are contacted for the purpose of direct marketing, in accordance with the guidelines on the ICO website for Business to Business Direct Marketing, opt-out policy will be provided.
