Pentesec have had lots to celebrate today! After another great quarter, we’ve enjoyed some amazing treats from The Magic Cake Factory.
Our sales team enjoyed a day at Check Point’s head office in London, where it was revealed that Pentesec are one of the highest performing partners worldwide.
From their success, our engineering team have delivered a number of major projects throughout the UK, and Customer feedback has been outstanding, we are very proud of their efforts.
Our support team have impressed by massively exceeding their quarterly SLA targets, with response times at every priority level well under the guaranteed times we offer.
Not content with that, we’ve employed a new Service Manager and expanded our support team, to enable us to provide an even better service to our customers.
Our collection of Check Point Certified Master Consultants has also grown, along with our pre-sale engineers, building on our position as Check Point’s most technical partner.
Head of Technical Services, Steve Bourike, was awarded ‘Check Point Ambassador’ status further demonstrating and recognising the value of our team and the work they carry out.
We have lots of internal changes coming up from the extraordinary efforts of our back-end staff over the summer months; with new internal portals and processes to make us more efficient; new vendors to expand what we can offer our customers; and new certifications on the horizon.
